  So I sent this handmade CD to my family...

  i put together a cd of music a while back that explained some of my feelings and gave it to them.

  my mom listened to it and asked me questions.

  maybe i'm just a bit paranoid but i think my parents may be on to me.

  i hope i didn't blow my cover.... i was out with some jw kids and realised that i left all my "apostate" research and my notebook out on my desk in my room.

  when i got home my mother was crying in her room.

  If you feel this is your exit point than take it. It sucks to lose your family and friends, but you will feel a relief in your life that you never felt possible!!! When my parents found out about me I moved out and worked 2 jobs to pass the time, you will make new friends, just be strong.

  My reinstatment letter

  for those that don't know, here's the cliffs notes version.. i've been df'd for 5 months now for giving in to an addiction i have.

  i want to be reinstated so i can gian my family and a few close friends back in my life then i will fade like a bad dye job.

  here's the reinstatment letter i have thus far i am open to any input at all.. dear holier-than-thou brothers,.

  WOW,

  I wish I had this site when I was 13 and DF'D, it feels like cheat sheets.LOL In regards to the one year comment, when I first wrote my letter it was 6 months in and the elders read from that little book of theres saying it said "MANY MONTHS", they did not think 6 was many (who were they to say. I went back to them in my 8th month and that was enough. MORAL OF THE STORY= 8 months is MANY months.LOL

  i am 26 , i was baptised at 12 (way to young to make that choice) df'd at 13, reproved at 16, and then finnally df'd for good at 19. i have been forced to leave behind my family and friends, but other than that have never been happier.

  i just found this board and i am very happy i have, it is great councelling, and look forward to many great discussions.
